تعلن الشركة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء- مديرية أشغال ومنشآت السكك الحديدية- المنطقة الصناعية واد السمار- الجزائر العاصمة عن مناقصة للتأهيل الوطني المسبق المفتوح رقم 02/GCB/DVO/JUR/2025، للمنافسة بخصوص توفير الخدمات التالية:
الحصة 01: كراء وسائل نقل العمال (الحافلات، الحافلات الصغيرة، شاحنات الأشغال العمومية، ...)
الحصة 02: كراء المركبات مع ودون السائقين (مركبات سياحية، مركبة 4x2، مركبة 4x4 بيك ذات 5 مقاعد، مركبة 4x4 ذات 9 مقاعد، ...)
الحصة 03: كراء معدات رفع الأحمال الثقيلة (الرافعات، منصة رافعة، الرافعة الشوكية، الرافعة الشوكية التلسكوبية، ...).
الحصة 04: كراء الشاحنات (شاحنة خزان المياه، شاحنة قلابة، شاحنة رافعة، شاحنة ونش، شاحنة خلط، شاحنة مسطحة، نصف مقطورة قابلة للتمديد 20 طن، 40 طن، وأكثر من ذلك، حاملة الآلات، حاملة الآلات القابلة للتمديد، ...)

يمكن للمترشحين المؤهلين والمهتمين بمناقصة التأهيل المسبق سحب ملف المناقصة من:
مديرية أشغال ومنشآت السكك الحديدية
المنطقة الصناعية واد السمار- الجزائر
وفي أجل أقصاه (30) ثلاثون يوما من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان بالباوسم من قبل جميع المترشحين المهتمين، مقابل تقديم نسخة من السجل التجاري ودفع مبلغ غير قابل للاسترداد قيمته 5000 دج (خمسة آلاف دينار).
سيتم الدفع عن طريق التحويل إلى الحساب البنكي لـلشركة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء- مديرية أشغال ومنشآت السكك الحديدية، رقم 002 00082 0822200919 32 ، وكالة الرويبة "الكنز".
يجب على المترشحين إرسال في مرحلة أولى، العرض التقني فقط، مصحوبًا بالوثائق التنظيمية المدرجة في ملف المناقصة.
في المرحلة الأولى، يجب تسليم العروض التقنية، دون أي إشارة إلى السعر، إلى العنوان المحدد أدناه:

"العرض التقني"، لا يفتح.
تم تحديد الموعد النهائي لتقديم الأظرفة التي تحتوي على العروض التقنية بـ 30 يومًا من تاريخ نشر هذا الاعلان في الباوسم.
سيتم فتح الأظرفة في المرحلة الأولى بحضور ممثل (ممثلي) المترشحين.
سيتم فتح العروض في التاريخ والوقت والعنوان الذي سيتم اعلام المترشحين به لاحقا.
سيتم انتقاء الممولين على أساس العروض التقنية المعلنة مطابقة لمتطلبات دفتر الشروط.
سيتم توقيع اتفاقية مع الموردين المختارين، الذين سيتم طرحهم للمنافسة، في إطار المرحلة المالية، على أساس مشاورات انتقائية عبر الفاكس.
