NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS WITH MINIMUM CAPACITY REQUIREMENT REF: DA/01/EQUIPEMENTS/24
The Public Enterprise for the Manufacturing and Marketing of Medical Devices, Parapharmaceutical Products and Body Hygiene (EPE - SOCOTHYD -SPA), is launching an open national and international call for tenders with minimum capacity requirements, for the acquisition of industrial equipment in three (03) separate lots.
This equipment is cited as follows.
+ LOT Nº 01 : Coating Line for Various Types of Fabric and PE
+ LOT'Nº 02 : Women's Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing Line
+ LOT Nº 03 : Adult Diapers and Pant Diapers Manufacturing Line
The call for tenders is addressed exclusively to bidders, whether natural or legal persons, manufacturers and/or distributors, having already produced or marketed similar original equipment, having the financial, technical and regulatory capacities required for the execution of the contract which will result from it.
Each bidder may bid for one (01) or more lots of the lots.
Bidders interested in the call for tenders must pay a bid deposit equivalent to 1% of the amount of their financial offers.
The terms of the implementation of this deposit are mentioned in article 09 of the specifications.
The list of required documents relating to the technical offer and the financial offer is mentioned in article No. 16 of the specifications. the specifications will be withdrawn by interested bidders, directly or by representatives duly authorized by them, from the contracting department, EPE SPA SOCOTHYD, located at ISSER 35230 Wilaya de BOUMERDES-ALGERIE, and this, either by written request, or by Email addressed to secretariatdesmarches@socothyd.dz or by FAX: 024.71.41.44/024.71.41.45, Against the payment of a non-refundable sum of twenty thousand.(20,000.00) Dinars for national companies & 140 Euro (€) and 150 US dollars (US $), for foreign companies to bank account No. 005 00165 401750675181 SWIFT: BDLODZAL, opened with the local development bank, BOUMERDES agency,
A copy of the payment notice must be provided when withdrawing the specifications, or sent to bureaudesmarches@socothyd.dz for the purpose of sending the specifications, and the original of the payment notice will be required when submitting the tender.
In the case of a temporary grouping of companies, the specifications must be withdrawn by the agent or his representative designated for this purpose, unless otherwise stipulated in the grouping agreement, the specifications may be subject to either physical withdrawal or electronic withdrawal, as follows: By physical withdrawal at the levels of:
1. Markets office located at ISSER 35230 WILAYA DE BOUMERDES ALGERIA;

Copy of the document relating to the registration of their activity with the authorized authorities;
Their company contact details (Address, Telephone, Fax, email, etc.).
The application file, the technical offer and the financial offer are inserted in separate and sealed envelopes, indicating the name of the economic operator's company, the subject of the call for tenders, as well as the mention "application file", "technical offer" or "financial offer", as applicable;
These envelopes are placed in another sealed and anonymous envelope, bearing the words: SOCOTHYD Spa Subsidiary of ACS Holding Offer in response to open national and international call for tenders with minimum capacity requirement Ref: DA/01/EQUIPEMENTS/2024 (To be opened only by the Bid Opening and Evaluation Commission) Entries must be delivered to the following address: EPE-SOCOTHYD-SPA LOCATED IN ISSER 35230 WILAYA DE BOUMERDES ALGERIA PURCHASING AND SUPPLIES DIRECTORATE MARKET OFFICE
The deadline for preparing offers is Thirty (30) calendar days, from the date of first publication in BOMOP or one of the two newspapers; In the event of an extension, all economic operators having withdrawn the specifications will be informed at least five (05) calendar days before the end of the said period.
Bids must be submitted or received on the last day of the tender preparation period, and which will be scheduled for 10/04/2025 before 13:00 p.m.
The opening of bids will take place on the last day of the tender preparation period at 14:00 p.m. in a public session in the meeting room of the General Management of the Company.
Bidders are invited to attend the opening of bids on the day and time indicated above.
Bidders will remain committed to their offers for a period of 120 days, from the date of submission of offers.
