Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction & Separation Activity, Division GNL/GPL, GL3Z PLANT BP 321- 31015 BETHIOUA, issues a National and International open.

Deadline for withdrawal of the Tender Dossier:

In a period of 45 days utmost before 16h00, as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem, by every interested tenderer, in return of the presentation of the mandatary for the specifications’ withdrawal, concerning the mandated persons, a copy of the trade register as well as a payment voucher with a non-repayable amount of 5 000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and 50 € for the foreign ones. The payment must be done by bank transfer to the Client’s account, nearby: the External Bank of Algeria (BEA) El Marsa- Arzew, account N°002 000700 702200178 62 (the payment voucher must carry the following mention: “Retrait Dossier d’Appel d’Offres N°04/SH/LQS/GNL&GPL/GL3Z/APP/2025.

Companies must submit a request for access forty-eight (48) hours before the visit of their representative in charge of the collection, for the formalities of use of access at the level of the industrial zone.                                                      

The mode of submission in a single step applies to this invitation to tender.

The deadline of the offer’s preparation and the submission place:

In this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate folds contained in the same fold, at the address mentioned above in a delay of Forty-five ( 45 ) days as of the date of publication in BAOSEM of this notice.

If the submission deadline coincides a legal day off or the weekend, the deadline shall be extended to the following workday. Only the stamp of the General Order Bureau of GL3Z Complex makes faith.

The technical bids are accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

LOT N°01: LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS CEMP BRAND or equivalent: Amount of the offer guarantee: 280,000.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and 1,800.00 € for companies under foreign law.

 LOT N°02: LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS ABB BRAND or equivalent: Amount of the offer guarantee: 30,500.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and 250.00 € for companies under foreign law.

 LOT N°03: LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS WEG BRAND or equivalent: Amount of the offer guarantee: 7,800.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and 100.00 € for companies under foreign law.

 LOT N°04: LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS SMEM BRAND or equivalent: Amount of the offer guarantee: 7,800.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and 100.00 € for companies under foreign law.

 LOT N°05: LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS SEIPEE BRAND or équivalent: Amount of the offer guarantee: 7,800.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and 100.00 € for companies under foreign law.

LOT N°06: LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS VEM MOTOS BRAND or equivalent: Amount of the offer guarantee: 30,500.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and €250.00 for companies under foreign law.

LOT N°07: LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS SIEMENS BRAND or equivalent: Amount of the offer guarantee: 7,800.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and 100.00 € for companies under foreign law.

 LO T N°08 : LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS BRAND ROTOR nl or equivalent: Amount of the offer guarantee: 7 800.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and 100.00 € for companies under foreign law.

 LOT N°09: LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS AEG LAFERT BRAND or equivalent Amount of the offer guarantee: 7,800.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and 100.00 € for companies under foreign law.

 LOT N°10: LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MOTORS NERI MOTORI BRAND or equivalent: Amount of the offer guarantee: 7,800.00 DA for companies under Algerian law and 100.00 € for companies under foreign law.

The period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the bids, either 180 days from the deadline for submission of bids, with an additional 30 calendar days.

The bid guarantee may be delivered by the tenderer or his duly mandated representative directly to the Opening Committee of technical offers (COP), on the day of the meeting and before the opening of the technical bids.

The folds containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) who would like to attend the opening session that shall take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that shall be sent to the tenderers having withdrawn the specifications.

The folds containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated during the session of the financial offers’ opening and examination that shall take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that shall be sent to the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the requirements of the specifications.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 180 days calender from the Deadline for submission of tenders .

The bank receipt must bear the following information: Withdrawal of Tender File N° 04/SH/LQS/GNL&GPL/GL3Z/APP/2025 and the name of the bidder.
