Sonatrach-Eni Group, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST,REC fields) and in 401a and in 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields), and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-FINE fields and ZEA perimeters, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

The tenderers that are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications at Supplies and Contracts Department, Sonatrach-Eni Group at: P 475, Zone Industrielle, route d’Ouargla, Hassi Messaoud 30500, Wilaya de Ouargla, Algeria, in return of the presentation of a legalized copy of an extract of their subscription to the Electronic Trade Register, or transmit their trade register as well as the company’s information by e-mail at the following addresses:

The tendering mode in one-stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no indication to the price and the financial ones must be put simultaneously in two separates envelopes contained in the same external one.

The external envelope containing the two envelopes must be anonymous.

The closing date for the bid package withdrawal is 28 days at 18h00 from the publication date of this notice.

The “closing date for the tender’s receipt” is 35 days at 18h00 as from the publication date of the present invitation to tender (the date of publication in the Baosem is included).

Every tender received after the day of the closing date shall be considered null and void.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the bids receipt.

All tender package preparation expenses and/or each additional document expenses which shall be possibly required within this framework by Sonatrach-Eni Group during the evaluation remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.

The tenders’ opening and evaluation shall be done by an internal contracts commission of Sonatrach- Eni Grouping, without the presence of the tenderers.

Important:

This invitation to tender concerns ONLY the tenderers owning or responding to the following conditions:

- Have a minimum of five (05) years’ experience in the provision of Sucker Rod services in the oil and gas sector worldwide.

- Have professional references supported by client certificates for projects similar to this tender.
