For constitution of short list of qualified shipyards for Drydocking and repair work on LPG vessels of Hyproc Shipping Company fleet

HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 -Oran- Algeria, launches an National & International pre-qualification call N°11/HYPROC SC/MO/2024 to constitute a shortlist of qualified shipyards for dry-docking of LPG Hyproc Shipping Company Spa fleet.

Candidates interested in this international call for prequalification can, as soon as it is published in Baosem, two national dailies and Hyproc’s SC website, obtain a copy of the prequalification specifications from the Cellule Centrale des Marchés (CCME) sis à ZHUN USTO - BP 7200 Es-Seddikia- Oran 31025, Algérie, against the payment of 100 Euros (For the foreign shipyards) et 15.000,00 DA (for the local shipyard), free of any charges and letter of mandate.

The payment and/or the transfer must be made to the bank account of HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY domiciled with:

Candidate’s application - Do Not Open

The deadline for submitting applications is fixed on 21/10/2024 at 14H30 and any offer received after the closing date and time will be rejected.

Candidate’s applications opening ceremony will be held on 22/10/2024 at 10H00.

Candidate’s applications reception dates will be considered according to the date of HYPROC's ''B.0.G (Bureau d'Ordre General)" stamped date.

If the deadline for submission of applications or the day of the opening ceremony corresponds to an Algerian holiday, these dates will be postponed to the next working day.

Any application received after the receipt deadline will not be considered and will be rejected.

At the end of the processing of the applications offers from the sites on the basis of the requirements of the specifications, the sites whose application offers are declared compliant will be included on the short list for a period of five (05) years.
