Qu'à l'issue de l'évaluation des offres financières, le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire :

Tout soumissionnaire contestant le résultat des travaux de la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis ‘’COP’’, peut introduire un recours, via la CCME, auprès de :

Le recours doit être formulé dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché dans le BAOSEM.

Si le cinquième (5^ème) jour coïncide avec un jour non ouvrable ou un jour de repos légal, la date limite de recours est prorogée étendue au jour ouvrable suivant.

Tout recours reçu en dehors de la période ci-dessus ne sera pas pris en considération.

Any tenderer contesting the result of the work of the Commission for Bid Opening 'COP' may lodge, through the “CCME”, a recourse to:

Any recourse to be file within fifth (05th) banking days from the publication of the provisional aware in the BAOSEM.

If the fifth (05^th) day corresponds to a legal holiday, the deadline to establish a recourse will be extending to the next business day.

Any recourse received beyond the above period will not be take into consideration.
