RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER

N° 03/DAC/GTFT/2025

The GROUPEMENT Tin Fouyé Tabenkort (GTFT), acting as "Operator" on behalf of Sonatrach and Total, governed by Legislative Decree No. 93-08 of April 25, 1993 issues a Restricted National and International invitation to Tender for:

Development of an inspection strategy associated with the RBI methodology of the TFT GROUPEMENT

Only companies specialized in the realization of RBI inspection engineering of sites or production units in the oil & gas sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience are invited to submit.

tenderers interested in the present Restricted National and International Invitation to Tenders and those who are not on the SONATRACH blacklist, can receive the Specifications electronically free of charge by sending an e-mail to the address below with the following attachments:

A request for withdrawal of the specifications signed by the authorized person.

A copy of the extract from the trade register or K-bis with appropriate activity codes.

Two (02) certificates of proper execution or ongoing contracts for RBI engineering projects.

The two (02) stage submission mode applies to this invitation to Tender.

First stage: Technical Offer

The technical offers will be sent or delivered to Bureau d’ordre du Groupement TFT, Base GTFT, zone du 24 février à Hassi Messaoud, so as to be received no later than the "offers’ closing date" specified on the BAOSEM.

The opening and evaluation of the technical offers will be done by an internal Joint Evaluation Commission of the Group without the presence of the tenderers.

The outer envelope must include only the following statement, under penalty of rejection:

Second stage: Commercial Offer

Notifications will be sent only to tenderers whose technical offers have been declared compliant with the requirements of the invitation to Tender’s file and eligible for the commercial stage

The deadline for receipt of technical offers is set at Thirty (30) days, as of the date of publication of this invitation to Tender’s notice in the BAOSEM.

Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void.

tenderers will remain engaged by their offer for a period of (120) days as of the deadline for receipt of offers
