L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf. 08/DAGS/INVEST/2023, portant :

Fourniture d’un (01) conteneur INDOOR pour Datacenter.

Que le contrat y afférent, a été provisoirement attribué au soumissionnaire CHINA NORTH VEHICLE CORPORATION Ltd comme suit :

Montant total du contrat Avant Négociation: 3 736 900,00 CNY,

Montant total du contrat Après Négociation: 3 585 900,00 CNY,

Délai de livraison : Quatre (04) mois au maximum,

Critère de choix : Le prix le moins disant sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux marchés de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE MARKET AFTER NEGOTIATION

Tender open to national and international competition n° 08/DAGS/INVEST/2023

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by a National and International Open Competitive invitation to tender n°08/DAGS/INVEST/2023, relating to:

 supply of one (01) INDOOR container for Datacenter.

That the market, was provisionally awarded to the tenderer CHINA NORTH VEHICLE CORPORATION Ltd as follows:

Total Contract Amount before negotiation : 3 736 900,00 CNY,

Total amount of the contract After Negotiation : 3 585 900,00 CNY,

Delivery time: A maximum four (04) months,

Selection criteria: the lowest price based on price alone.

Any bidder who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form.
