Conformément aux dispositions de la règlementation des marchés applicables aux filiales du groupe SONATRACH, l’entreprise TASSILI TRAVAIL AERIEN, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international N° 001-DBD-TTA-2025, relatif à l’affrètement en formule ACMI des aéronefs à turbopropulseurs de lutte contre les feux de forêts d’une capacité en eau de 3.000L,

Paru sur le BAOSEM N° 2346 du 26 janvier 2025, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement à la société :

Les soumissionnaires peuvent formuler des recours et introduire des requêtes auprès de TTA dans un délai de Dix (10) jours calendaire à compter de la date de publication des résultats de l’appel d’offres, dans les conditions suivantes :

Le recours d’un soumissionnaire ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises par TTA, dans le traitement de son offre.

Tout recours introduit par un soumissionnaire doit comporter :

Les noms (prénoms), qualité, fonction, raison sociale et adresse du siège social du soumissionnaire ;

Les références et l’objet de l’avis d’appel d’offres concerné ;

Un exposé des motifs du recours, daté et signé, accompagné de toutes pièces justificatives.

Les recours des soumissionnaires doivent être déposés ou transmis à TTA, à l’adresse portée dans l’Avis d’appel d’offre.

FOR THE ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) CHARTERING OF TURBOPROP AIRCRAFT FOR FOREST FIRE FIGHTING WITH A WATER CAPACITY OF 3,000L.

In accordance with the provisions of the regulations governing contracts applicable to the subsidiaries of the SONATRACH group, TASSILI TRAVAIL AERIEN informs all bidders who participated in the national and international tender N° 001-DBD-TTA-2025, regarding the ACMI chartering of turboprop aircraft for forest fire fighting with a water capacity of 3,000L,

Published in the BAOSEM N° 2346 on January 26, 2025, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the company:

Bidders may file appeals and submit requests to TTA within Ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of the tender results, under the following conditions:

The appeal of a bidder can only concern decisions made by TTA in the handling of their offer.

Any appeal submitted by a bidder must include:

The names (first and last names), title, position, business name, and address of the bidder's registered office;

The references and subject of the relevant tender notice;

A statement of the reasons for the appeal, dated and signed, accompanied by all supporting documents.

Bidders’ appeals must be submitted or sent to TTA at the address specified in the Tender Notice.
