يعلن والي ولاية الشلف ممثلا بمدير التجهيزات العمومية عن إجراء طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنياً قصد: إنجاز مدرسة ابتدائية لمط 2 ببلدية بنايرية مجزأة إلى قسطين: ● تقسيط الثابت :
- جناح بيداغرجي + التدفئة المركزية (التجهيز) - الشبكة الداخلية والخارجية + الطرق والشبكات المختلفة ● الأقساط الاشتراكية:
- تقط الاشترافي 01: ناعة متعددة الخدمات + مكتب الحراسة والتخزين
- تقسيط الاشترافي 02: جناح المطعم، المطبخ و أرضية الملعب
- تقسط الاشترافي 03: السكنات الوظيفية
في حالة مشاركة مقاولة وحيدة أو في حالة المشاركة في تجمع مؤقت للمقاولات بالتضامن:
1- القدرات المهنية :
• شهادة التأهيل والتصنيف المهنيين، نشاط رئيسي أو ثانوي أشغال بناء المصنفة من الدرجة الثانية (02 فما فوق) صالحة يوم فتح الأظرفة. 2= القدرات المالية: مجموع رقم الأعمال الأربع (04) سترات الأخيرة (2020، 2021، 2022، 2023) ك 40.000.000,00 دج
+ المراجع المهنية :
* قد أنجزت على الأقل مشروع من صنف A أو أكثر أو مشروع في مجال البناء
- تقديم العروض :
يجب على المتعهدين ختم عرضهم الأصلي، يجب تقديم الأظرفة الثلاثة (03) الداخلية منفصلة تحمل كل منها على حدى العبارة :
- ملف الترشح
- العرض التقني
- العرض المالي
الأظرفة الثلاثة (03) الداخلية تحمل اسم وعنوان العارض وتوضع في الظرف الخارجي مكتوب بخط اليد وبالقلم الجاف لا يحمل أي لاصقة مقفل ومختوم ويحمل عبارة:
لا تفتح إلا من طرف لجنة فتح الأظرفة وتقييم العروض
إعلان عن طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم: 43 /2024 مديرية التجهيزات العمومية لولاية الشلف المشروع : إنجاز مدرسة ابتدائية نمط 2 ببلدية بنايرية مجزأة إلى قسطين.
• يتم سحب دفتر الشروط من مديرية التجهيزات العمومية، ترسل إلى السيد مدير التجهيزات العمومية لولاية الشلف نهج الشهداء مقر ثلاث (03) مديريات بالشلف.
* حددت مدة تحضير العروض . (21) يوم ابتداءا من أول يوم صدور لهذا الإعلان عن طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا في الجرائد الوطنية الصادرة باللغة الوطنية وباللغة الفرنسية أو الجريدة الرسمية للصفئات المتعامل العمومي.
* حدد تاريخ إيداع العروض في أخر يوم لمدة تحضير العروض قبل الساعة (00"14) مساءا.
تكون جلسة فتح الأطرفة في نض أخريوم لإيداع العروض على الساعة (00"14) مساءها.
ــ إذا صادف يوم فتح العروض يوم عطلة فإنه يمدد إلى يوم العمل المرائي.
جـ بيئى المتعاهدون ملزمين بعروضهم طيلة لمدة تساوي مداً تحضير العروض مضافاً إليها ثلاث (03) أشهر ابتداء من تاريخ إيداع العروض.
ملاحظة: يمكن العارضين المشاركة في طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح الحضور جلسة فتح الأظرفة للملف الترشح، التقنية والمالية بمقر مديرية التجهيزات العمومية لولاية الثالث .
