APPEL A LA PRE-QUALIFICATION NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL OUVERT

N° 11/HYPROC SC/MO/2024

Constitution d’une ‘’short list’’ de chantiers de réparation qualifiés pour la réalisation des travaux d’arrêt technique des navires transportant du GPL de la société Hyproc Shipping Company Spa.

Conformément aux dispositions de la procédure de passation des marchés de HYPROC SC n° 08-R2 du 11/02/2024, HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 -Oran- Algerie, informe l’ensemble des candidats ayant participé à la pré-qualification national & international ouvert N° 11/HYPROC SC/MO/2024 pour la constitution de la ‘’short list’’ des chantiers de réparations navales qualifiés pour :

Réalisation des travaux d’arrêt technique des navires transportant du GPL de la société Hyproc Shipping Company Spa,

Parus sur le BAOSEM N° 2302 du 22/09/2024 et sur les quotidiens nationaux : El Massae du 22/09/2024 et le Quotidien d’Oran du 19/09/2024 qu’après examen et évaluation des candidatures, les candidats pré- qualifiés sont mentionnés dans le tableau ci-dessous :

La short list susmentionnée restera valide pour une durée de cinq (05) ans à compter de la date de publication de la short list sur le BAOSEM (Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et Mines).

Tout candidat contestant le résultat de cette appel à la pré-qualification, peut introduire un recours, via la CCME, auprès de :

‘’La Commission des Marchés Activité Marine ‘’ par abréviation ‘’CMA Marine’’

Sise à : HYPROC SC ZHNUN/USTO – BP 7200 Es Seddikia, Oran 31025

Le recours doit être formulé dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication de la short list dans le BAOSEM.

Si le cinquième (5ème) jour coïncide avec un jour non ouvrable ou un jour de repos légal, la date limite de recours est prorogée étendue au jour ouvrable suivant.

Tout recours reçu en dehors de la période ci-dessus ne sera pas pris en considération.

Constitution of short list of qualified shipyards for Drydocking and repair work on LPG vessels of Hyproc Shipping Company fleet

In accordance with the provisions of HYPROC’s SC procedure No. 08-R2/2024 of the 11/02/2024, HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 -Oran- Algeria, informs all candidates concerned by the national & international pre-qualification call N° 11/HYPROC SC/MO/2024 to :

Constitute a shortlist of qualified shipyards for dry-docking of LPG Hyproc Shipping Company Spa fleet,

published on the BAOSEM N° 2302 dated on 22/09/2024 and the national new papers: ELMassae on the 19/09/2024 and Quotidian d’Oran on the 19/09/2024 that after the perusal and evaluation of the candidates’ application, the prequalified candidates are mentioned in the short list table below:

This short list will remain valid for a period of five (05) years from the date of publication of the short list on the BAOSEM (Bulletin of Tenders of the Energy and Mining Sector)

Any candidates contesting the result of this call of prequalification may lodge a recourse with the Commission is responsible for examining the application:

Any recourse to be file within fifth (05th) business days from the publication of the provisional short list in the BAOSEM.

If the fifth (05^th) day corresponds to a legal holiday, the deadline to establish a recourse will be extending to the next business day.

Any recourse received beyond the above period will not be take into consideration.
