مديرية التجهيزات العمومية لولاية تبسة في أجل أقصاه ثلاثة (03) أيام إبتداءاً من اليوم الأول لنشر إعلان المنح المؤقت للصفقة التبليغهم هذه
النتائج كتابها.
وطبقا لأحكام المادة 82 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 247/15 المؤرخ في 2015/09/16 يمكن لكل متعهد شارك في إجراء طلب العروض الذي يحتج على
هذا الاختيار أن يقدم طعنا أمام اللجنة الصفقات العمومية لولاية تبسة في أجل لا يتعدى 10 أيام ابتداءا من أول نشر لهذا الإعلان في النشرة
الرسمية لصففات المتعامل العمومي BOMOR أو في الصحافة الوطنية أو في بوابة الصفقات العمومية.
