Having been published in BAOSEM N°2307 of 06/10/2024, the deadline for submitting technical offers, initially scheduled for 04.12.2024, extended for the first time until 03/01/2025, is extended for the second time until 02/02/2025, is extended for the third time until 04/03/2025.
