Supply and supervision of the commissioning of two (02) fire-fighting motopumps and one (01) seawater turbopump in three (03) separate batches for the GL1Z and GL2Z plants »

The Bidding Documents can be withdrawn from the date of the first publication of the Tender notice in BAOSEM from:

No later than forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of publication in BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against submission of a power of attorney to withdraw the Call for Tenders file for the authorized persons,             a copy of the commercial register as well as proof of transfer of a non-refundable sum of five thousand Algerian Dinars (5000 DZD), for companies under Algerian law and thirty (30) Euros for companies under foreign law.

Payment will be made by transfer to:

the External Bank of Algeria - Agency 70 – El Marsa Arzew

under the number: Account BEA  002 00070 0702200348 37.

The bank receipt must bear the following mention “Withdarwal Tender File N°09/SH/LQS/DEV/RGZ/2024 and the name of the tendering company wishing to withdraw the tender documents.

The bidding mode in two (02) stages applies to this Call for Tenders

Under the first stage of this call for tenders, the technical offers for each batch without any price indication must be submitted in envelopes, no later than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of publication in BAOSEM, at the address below:

The technical offers for each batch are accompanied by a bid guarantee as :

• Lot 01: Bid guarantee of Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars (2 400,00 USD) or the equivalent of another convertible foreign currency for bidders under foreign law and Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Algerian Dinars (330 000,00 DA) for bidders under Algerian law.

• Lot 02: Bid guarantee of One Thousand Dollars (1 000,00 USD) or the equivalent of another convertible foreign currency for bidders under foreign law and One Hundred Thirty Thousand Algerian Dinars (130 000,00 DA) for bidders under Algerian law.

• Lot 03: Bid guarantee of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars (3 700,00 USD) or the equivalent of another convertible foreign currency for bidders under foreign law and Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (500 000,00 DA) for bidders under Algerian law.

The validity period of which is equal to the validity period of the tenders, i.e. one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days, plus an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The bid guarantee can be subrnitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the bids for the technical.

The bids under the first stage will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who so wish, at the opening session which will take place at the address and on the date mentioned in the invitation letter.

Bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a financial offer under the second stage.

The bids under the second stage will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who wish to attend the financial opening session which will take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the tender invitation

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for duration of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of submission of tenders. The duration can be extended.
