Supply current transformer type Tore

The Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Services Spa (SONELGAZ-Services Spa), Central Qualification Purchasing and Sales Department, is relaunching the call for competition for the Supply of Tore type current transformers on behalf of STOS in national and international open mode. The call for tenders will be carried out in a single phase, with simultaneous submission to the Tenders Opening Commission (COPU), of the technical and the financial tenders.

The bid fold of the technical offer must be distinct from that of the financial offer, which will be opened at the end of the evaluation of the technical offer.

The documents constituting the technical and the financial bids are listed in detail in the "zero" document of the specifications.

Any Algerian tenderer, interested by this notice, can buy on written request at the address below, a complete set of tender documents in electronic or paper, against payment of a non-refundable amount of 30 000.00 DA (thirty Thousand Dinars) to the B.N.A account of Sonelgaz– Spa Services N° 001 00637 0300 000 071/91 « Agence 637 Immeuble des 700 Bureaux coté B, Route Nationale N°38 Gué de Constantine - Alger ».

Technical and financial offers must be submitted to the address below on the date 24/03/2025 at 11:00 local time.

The tenderer will submit a complete file consisting of the documents listed below, dated, signed and initialed by a duly authorized person

For the technical offer:

The technical offer will include the following documents:

An original copy of the specifications duly completed (without mention of price), signed and initialed at the bottom of each page bearing the words “Read and accepted” on the last page;

The technical sheets and specifications duly endorsed and sealed;

 Detailed technical documentation of the supplies offered (Plans, diagrams, descriptions, certificates);

 List of subcontractors called upon to participate in the manufacturing of the order, specifying the nature of subcontracting;

Manufacturer status;

 ISO 9001 certificate latest valid versions from the manufacturing plant

Lists of references from the most important clients. This list must specify the customers, country, year of delivery and quantity.

Test reports issued by an accredited laboratory carried out on the equipment,

 The manufacturer's authorization to the distributor to market its products to distributors

For the financial offer:

The financial offer will include the following documents:

The original of the submission letter established following the model in Annex A02,

The unit price schedule and the amount of the offer, according to appendix B01,

Delivery schedule according to annex B02,

The draft contract (Exhibits I and II) duly initialed, completed with the amount and signed by an authorized person

The guarantee will be constituted by an Algerian Bank guarantee and will be valid thirty (30) days after the expiry of the period of validity of the offers and the pronunciation of the raised hand by Sonelgaz- Service Spa

For an Algerian tenderer, the bid bond guarantee will be constituted by an Algerian Bank or by the Fund of guarantee. The bid bond will be denominated in Algerian Dinars.

For foreing tenderer, the bid bond guarantee will be constituted by an Algerian Bank and covered by a counter-guarantee issued by a first-class bank of the country of the tenderer. The bid bond guarantee will be denominated in Euros or US Dollars.
