and at the latest Five (05) weeks from the publication of this notice by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Three Thousand Dinars (3,000.00 DA) for companies under Algerian law or Trent (30) € for bidders of foreign law written in the name of the company and on presentation of a copy of the commercial register. The payment will be made by transfer to the bank account N ° 002 000 92 92092 60 054 66 opened with BEA IN Amenas.

3.The one-step submission method applies to this Tender.

4. Under this invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price and technical offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the following address:

Not later than seven (07) weeks after the tender withdrawal period is twelve (12) weeks from the date of publication.

Technical offers are accompanied by a bid bond of Five hundred Thousand Algerian dinars (500 000, 00 DA) for Algerian law societies, and Five Thousand Euros (5 000, 00 €) for foreign law societies and whose validity is equal to

one hundred and eighty (180) days, with an additional period of 30 calendar days.

5. The bids containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderer representative (s) who so wishes at the opening session, which will take place at :

An invitation letter will be sent to the tenders, having removed the competitive bidding, to assist.

6. the envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives during the opening session and review of the financial bids to be held on the date and at the time and address mentioned in the invitation addressed only to bidders whose technical bids declared conform to the requirements of the Bidding Documents.

7. Tenders will remain committed to their offers for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of submission of tenders from the date of technical opening of the offers
