Supply of Electronic pressure and temperature transmitters

The withdrawal of the invitation to tender file is done only electronically to the email address DPHMD.RETRAITDESDAO@Sonatrach.dz, against transmission of the proof of payment of the amount indicated below, the proof in question must obligatorily include the references of the call for tenders and information on the tenderer, namely his company name, telephone and fax numbers and email.

No later than the forty-five (45th) day, at 5:00 p.m., counting from the publication date on the Bulletin of Invitations to Tender of Energy and Mines Sector (B.A.O.S.E.M), by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DA) for National tenderers and Eighty Euros (80 EUR) for foreign tenderers. Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account of SONATRACH N ° 002 00005 0503264125 56, opened with the External Bank of Algeria (B.E.A.), Djenane El-Malik Agency, Hydra, Algiers.

5. The time allowed to tenderers to submit their tenders is sixtieth (60th) days, at 5:00 P.M. from the date of publication of this notice of invitation to tender in the B.A.O.S.E.M. The stamp of receipt of the general order office of Sonatrach Regional Direction of Hassi-Messaoud being authentic.

6.The offer is guaranteed as follows:

For national bidders:

For Foreign bidders:

A guarantee of:

Thirteen thousand Euro (13 000.00 €)

Established by a bank under Algerian law covered by a counter guarantee issued by a first-class foreign bank.

Whose validity is equal to the period of bid validity, one hundred twenty (120) days, with a deadline additional thirty (30) days calendar days from the opening date of the date of opening of technical offers.

Technical Bidder's bid must be accompanied by the following administrative documents:

For the Algerian law Bidder:

1) Extract from the trade register with activity code.

2) Articles of Association authenticated.

3) Balance sheets and TCR of three (03) years, certified by an auditor or an accountant approved as appropriate.

4) Professional references in the field duly justified by certificates of good execution delivered by the customers of the bidder.

5) Power of the signatory empowered to act on behalf and for the account of the bidder and involving the company or the company to ensure the provision object of this specification. It must be dated and signed by the bidder.

6) Tax certificate justifying the legal situation vis-à-vis the bidder Algerian tax authorities (role extract audited and updated 03 month maximum maturity or in case of debts).

1) Extract from the commercial register or certificate of existence with K-bis issued by the competent bodies.

2) Project contract duly signed by the tenderer or his authorized representative, submitted to it in Section 6 of Chapter III of the Bidding Documents.

3) Status of the company and authenticated list of the main shareholders and members of the tenderer certified by the Algerian consular authorities in the country of the bidder.

4) Balance sheets and TCR of three (03) years, certified by an auditor, or covered by an approved auditor as appropriate.

5) Professional references in the field duly justified by certificates of satisfactory execution, issued by customers of the bidder.

6) Power of the signatory empowered to act on behalf and for the account of the bidder and involving the company or the company to ensure the provision object of this specification. It must be dated and signed by the bidder.

7) Certificate of non bankruptcy.

8) Copy of receipt of payment of the specifications of the withdrawal fee.
