INVITATION TO TENDER TO A NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

N° GL2Z/04/A/22(One-step stage)

The Sonatrach Company, LQS Activity, Complex GL2Z BP-166 Béthioua issues a National and International invitation to tender for:

SPARE PARTS & GOVERNOR WOODWARD OR EQUIVALENT OF THE LNG2 PLANT.

The Tender Documents can be withdrawn to the following address: " Sonatrach/ Liquefaction, Activity, Complex GL2Z Bp-166 Bethioua " At the latest 45 days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against surrender of attorney withdrawing Tender Dossier for persons authorized, a copy of the trade register and a payment  justification of a nonrefundable amount of 7,000.00 Algerian Dinars for the Algerian company and 100.00 Euros for foreign companies, account SONATRACH Complex GL2Z N° 00 2000 70 700 41 602 41-30 Agency BEA ARZEW SITE.

The mode of tender in a stage applies to the present Invitation to tender.

The technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same fold, to the following address" SONATRACH/ Liquefaction, Activity, Complexe GL2Z Bp-166 Bethioua at the latest 45 days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM.

The technical offers are supplied with a guarantee of offer of 440.000,00 DA Algerian Dinars for the local tenderers and 2.758,08 euros for the foreign tenderers of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say two hundred and forty (240) days as of the date of opening of the offers, accompanied with an additional time of (30) calendar days .

The folds will be open in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it at the meeting of opening which will take place in Complex GL2Z, in the days which follow the closing date of this invitation to tender.

Bids containing technical bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidders who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that will be sent to the bidders withdrew the tender file.

Bids containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders wishing to attend or their duly designated representatives at the opening and examination of the financial tenders meeting which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation that will be sent only to bidders whose technical bids reported conform to the requirements of the tendering Board folder.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for Two Hundred and Forty (240) days duration calendar starting from the handover date of the offers.
