The Société Algérienne de Stimulation, Cimentation et Fracturation des puits Pétroliers ALSCiF SPA, sise Oued IRARA, BP 208 Hassi Messaoud- Ouargla, launches a notice of an opened National and International Call for tender in two(02) stages, intended only for manufacturers and the representatives of manufacturers of water and acid tanks, for:

SUPPLY OF TWENTY (20) WATER TRANSPORT TANKS OF 30m³ AND TWENTY (20) ACID TRANSPORT TANKS: FIFTEEN (15) OF 27M³ AND FIVE (05) OF 20 M³

In Two (02) stages and in two (02) batchs

The tenderers interested in the present notice of call for tender can withdraw the Specifications upon publication by the bulletin of the Calls for tender of the sector of the Energy and Mines (BAOSEM) from the Procurement Unit (Department de Passation des Contrats) ALSCiF SPA- Oued Irara- HASSI MESSAOUD- OUARGLA against presentation of a documentary evidence of payment of:

Fifty (50 euro) for the foreign tenderers

Five thousands Dinars (5000,00 DA), a copy of the commercial register and a mandate. (The Banking notice or slips cash payments are mandatory labels to the bidder's name) for the national tenderers to the account of ALSCiF to one of the following accounts:

Under the Two (02) stage, the technical offer must be placed in an anonymous sealed envelope and bearing the indications provided for in the specifications, drawn up in one (01) single copy, plus two (02) electronic copies, and transmitted by post or delivered by hand to the following address:

The internal envelope has to contain the initials and the company name of the tenderer, and will contain the technical offer as well as all the administrative documents, fiscal and Para fiscal taxation required in the present Specifications, dated, initialed and as the case may be, informed.

The outside envelope must be anonymous and contain only the addressee above indicated, and the following mention:

TENDER - DO NOT OPEN

The deadline of reception of the technical offers is fixed in Forty-five (45) days as from the date of publication of the present notice in the BAOSEM.

Any offer received by ALSCiF after 4:00 pm on the day of the Submission Deadline will be considered null and void.

Tenderers whose technical offers have been deemed to comply with the requirements of the Call for Tenders Dossier are informed and invited to submit a financial offer under the second stage according to the instructions and conditions laid down in the financial directive. Then, these Bidders are invited, by the Contracting Structure, to attend the opening of the envelopes containing their financial offers.

The closing date for the withdrawal of the tender documents is five (05) days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

No other date will be taken in consideration.

Any Tender received after this deadline will be considered as invalid.

The exact date of the meeting of commission will be communicated to the tenderers at the appropriate time.

The tenderers are also informed that any fold reached after the holding of the opening session of folds, even if it is sent before the deadline of sending of the offers, will be considered as not reached and consequently rejected.

The opening of the technical offers will be held in public meeting in which will be invited the tenderers or their representatives duly appointed.

Under the first stage,the technical envlopes will be opened in a public session to whith the bidders or their representatives will be invited,duly man dated

Under the second stage, the commercial envelopes will be opened in a public session to which bidders or their representatives will be invited ,duly man dated

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee for the 1^st stage of an amount of :

Foreign bidders:

Batch 01 : Fifteen thousand American Dollars (15.000,00 USD)by a first-rate foreign bank,in favor of ALSCiF Direction Générale ; Bp 208. Hassi Mssaoud – Ouargla-ALGERIE.

Batch 02 : Thirty thousand American Dollars (30.000,00 USD)by a first-rate foreign bank,in favor of ALSCiF Direction Générale ; Bp 208. Hassi Mssaoud – Ouargla-ALGERIE.

Algerian law bidder :

Batch 01: Two million Algerian Dinar (2 000.000,00 DA) by a first-rate foreign bank,in favor of ALSCiF Direction Générale ; Bp 208. Hassi Mssaoud – Ouargla-ALGERIE.

Batch 02: Four million Algerian Dinar (4 000.000,00 DA) by a first-rate foreign bank,in favor of ALSCiF Direction Générale ; Bp 208. Hassi Mssaoud – Ouargla-ALGERIE.

The tenderers will remain engaged by their technical offers during a duration of hundred eighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the technical offers in addition to 30 calendar days;

ALSCiF may request an extension of the validity of the bid bond if necessary;

For the tenderer who will be awarded the contract, the release of this deposit will take place upon signature of the Contract or, at the latest, on the expiry date of the validity of the guarantee;

Opening dates and locations will be communicated to bidders in a timely manner by email.
