OPEN CALL FOR BIDS TO NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

THE OBJECT: Supply of Two (02) Rectangular Sludge Trays (Skimmer).

Drilling Fluids Services Aux Puits, DFSP (ex-BASP), Located in industrial zone BP 86 Hassi Messaoud, W. Ouargla, Algeria, launches a national and international call for tenders for:

Supply of Two (02) Rectangular Sludge Trays (Skimmer).

This call for tenders is aimed at companies specialized in the field of the Supply of Two (02) Rectangular Sludge Trays (Skimmer).whose capacities and qualifications meet the following conditions:

This invitation to tender is addressed to companies specialized in the manufacture and sale of products subject of this tender, whose capacities and qualifications meet the following conditions:

- Trade register owner with the activity codes corresponding to the subject of the invitation to tender.

- Have a proven experience in this kind of supply.

Companies interested in this call for tenders can submit their application to participate, upon presentation or by sending an e-mail the following documents:

- A certified copy of the trade registers corresponding to the scope of the above-mentioned offer.

- Original payment slip (provided by the BANQUE EXTERIEURE ALGERIE ( BEA) of the sum of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5000 DA) for companies governed by Algerian law. and the sum of Fifty Euros (50 Euros) for foreign companies, paid consecutively into the accounts following:

-The proof of payment for the withdrawal of the tender file (Bank advice / Payment slips) must be made out in the name of the company in question.

The single-step submission method applies to this call for tenders.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond (bid guarantee), the amount of which is set as follows:

-68 000.00 DZA.

The bid bond is an integral part of the technical offer.

Tenderers are invited to submit their technical and commercial offers according to the terms and conditions specified in the tender specifications. 
The deadline for receipt of tenders is Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

Any submission received after 17h30 pm (local time Algeria) on the day of the deadline will be considered null and void. 
Bidders shall remain bound by their Bids for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the date of receipt of the Bids.

NOTE:

- The candidates on the blacklist of the energy and mining sector companies (SONATRACH, ENSP, and DFSP) cannot withdraw these prequalification tender documents.

- Any request for clarification must be written and addressed no later than Five (05) calendar days before the deadline for submitting application
