The EPC Turnkey provision of an industrial waste water treatment unit

This national and international ITB is intended only for companies with proven records in the same type of projects, in particular in petrochemical plants and high capacity units for the production of fertilizers, over the past ten (10) years, and having the technical capabilities as well as all required material and human resources in this field of activity, with an average turnover result for the past five (05) fiscal years equal to or higher than 200% of the amount of this ITB as estimated by SORFERT Algérie Spa.

Interested Bidders are invited to withdraw the terms and conditions for submission of a bid, at the Legal Management Office, against provision of a transfer receipt for an amount of ten thousand Algerian Dinars (DA 10,000) to Banque Extérieure d’Algérie Agence El Marsa N°11 rue Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran) A/C Nr. RIB: 002000700702200046 70 or equivalent amount in hard currency for offshore bidders credited to Banque Extérieure d’Algérie Agence El Marsa n°11 rue Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran) A/C Nr. 002000700703000006 – 67 / SWIFT code : (BIC) BEXADZAL070.

Interested Bidders are welcome to withdraw the specifications detailing all terms and conditions for submission of a bid and to obtain the ITB file they shall send a copy of their Trade Register and copy of the transfer receipt to LEGAL@Sorfert.com

The bid submission for this ITB will occur in two phases.

Under Phase I, the ITB documents, including all required regulatory documents in accordance with the requirements of the ITB, and the technical bid, will be provided under an anonymous envelop in two (02) copies (one original and one digital copy (CD-ROM)). In no case shall this bid include any details about prices and costs. The internal sealed and separated envelops will show the following details:
