Qu'à l'issue de l'évaluation des offres financières, le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire :

Tout soumissionnaire contestant le résultat des travaux de la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis ‘’COP’’, peut introduire un recours auprès de La Commission chargée de l’examen du recours :

Le recours doit être formulé dans les Cinq (05) jours à compter de la publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché dans le BAOSEM.

Si le Cinquième (5^ème) jour coïncide avec un jour non ouvrable ou un jour de repos légal, la date limite de recours est prorogée étendue au jour ouvrable suivant.

Tout recours reçu en dehors de la période ci-dessus ne sera pas pris en considération.
