Qu’à l’issue de l’évaluation des offres techniques et financière, le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire LAYHER SAS avec une note totale de 91, 54 sur 100 points.

The Industrial Maintenance Company of Arzew "SOMIZ spa" informs the bidders who participated in the national and international call for tender N° 01/DAEP/LOG/DSL/SEF/SOMIZ/2024 opened, published in the Bulletin of Appeals of Offers of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM) N° 2228 of February 14, 2024 with the object:
ACQUISITION OF A LOT OF MULTIDIRECTIONAL SCAFFOLDING
That at the end of the evaluation of the technical and financial offers, the contract is provisionally awarded to the bidder LAYHER SAS with a total score of 91.54 out of 100 points.
Selection criteria: Best bid
Amount of the contract (in figures): 4 297 824, 84 €
Tenderers who contest the choice made by the company may lodge an appeal within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice of provisional contract award to BAOSEM at the following address:
