The deadline of technical offers’ deposit is fixed at Forty Five (45) days from the publication of the hereby notice in the Bulletin of the Tenders Belonging to Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM)

The tenderers must initially present, a technical bid without price reference.

This technical bid must be transmitted under double fold. The outer envelope must be anonymous and bear only the following mention:

SUPPLY OF

The bidders whose technical offers have been accepted will be invited to transmit theirs commercials offers.

Each tenderer must put with the commercial offer a bid bound (guarantee) to the commercial offer.

The bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days, starting from the opening of the offers.
