ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE CONTRAT

L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers (E.N.G.T.P) sise à Réghaia BP 09, Zone industrielle informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres national et international n°12/DCL/DAT/INV/2024, relatif à

l'acquisition de :Deux (02) Echafaudages multidirectionnels 10.000m²

Que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire déclaré le moins disant METALUSA pour un montant de : 1 049 857,17 Euros.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission de contrôle de conformité et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

The National Company of Big Oil Works (ENGTP), located at Réghaia BP 09, industrial Zone, informs all the tenderers having participated in the National and International invitation to tender n° 12/DCL/DAT/INV/2024, regarding:

SUPPLY OF TWO (02) MULTIDIRECTIONAL SCAFFOLDINGS 10,000 M²

that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer declared the lowest one METALUSA for an amount of 1.049.857.17 EURO

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to

 The president of the Compliance Control Commission

filed against acknowledgement of receipt at the structure, in the 05 working days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.
