Notice of international open call for

prequalification

N° 07/HYPROC SC/C&O/2024

FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF SHIPOWNER’S SHORTLIST

HYPROC Shipping Company, located at ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 -Oran- Algeria, launches an international open call of prequalification N° 07/HYPROC SC/C&O/2024 for:

the purpose of establishment of shipowner’s shortlist.

Candidates interested in this international call for prequalification can, as soon as it is published in Baosem, and two daily national newspapers or from HYPROC SC website, obtain a copy of the prequalification specifications from the ‘’La Cellule Centrale des Marchés’’ (CCME), ZHUN USTO - BP 7200 Es-Seddikia- Oran 31025 Algeria, against presentation of Power of Attorney and bank voucher for prequalification fees fixed at 50 Euros, net of bank charges for the Beneficiary.

The payment and/or the transfer must be made to the bank account of HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY in the following address:

Candidate’s application - Do Not Open

The deadline for submitting applications is fixed on 16/10/2024 à 09H30 and any offer received after the closing date and time will be rejected.

Candidate’s applications opening ceremony will be held on 16/10/2024 à 10H00.

Candidate’s applications reception dates will be considered according to the date of HYPROC's ''B.0.G” (Bureau d'Ordre General)" stamped date.

If the deadline for submission of applications or the day of the opening ceremony corresponds to an Algerian holiday, these dates will be postponed to the next working day.

At the end of the processing of the applications file, the candidates whose application offers are declared compliant with Hyproc SC Requirement will be included on the short list for a period of Three (03) years.
